Our team captured a diverse range of visuals for La Villa Hibiscus. Chef Bastian, who has honed his craft at prestigious French Michelin-starred restaurants under renowned chefs such as Joël Robuchon and Anne-Sophie Pic, considers the kitchens at Villa Hibiscus as his playground. Together with his wife, Sabine, they have transformed this restaurant nestled in the forest into the ultimate gourmet destination on St. Martin. Using only seasonal and fresh ingredients, the couple creates sophisticated dishes that are beautifully presented, providing guests with an exceptional fine-dining experience amidst an idyllic setting at Villa Hibiscus.
